Q: HOW MUCH RECORDING TIME WILL I GET ?
A: Our average recording time on our systems is approximately 30 days. If additional recording time is needed, extra memory can be added.
Q: DO I NEED A STATIC IP ?
A: In order to view your cameras remotely a static IP is required.
Q: IS REMOTE VIEW REQUIRED ?
A: Although our systems come with remote view capabilities, this feature is optional.
Q: DO I NEED A HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNETION ?
A: Yes, high speed is required at the business location to view the cameras remotely.
Q: CAN MY REGISTERS BE CONNECTED TO THE CAMERAS ?
A: Yes, we can connect your registers and catch a digital copy of all your transactions.
Q: CAN I USE ALL OF THE SAME FUNCTIONS FROM HOME ?
A: Yes, you’ll have the same features at home as you do at your business.
Q: CAN I WATCH MULTIPLE LOCATIONS AT THE SAME TIME ?
A: Yes, with our DVR’s at each of your locations you’ll be able to watch up to 32 unique locations all on one screen.
Q: CAN I USE MY EXISTING CAMERAS ?
A: Yes and no. If your cameras have a BNC connection or run off RG59 coax, then we can use them. If your cameras have a phone-like connection, we cannot use them.
Q: CAN YOU COMBINE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE CAMERAS ON THE SAME SYSTEM ?
A: Yes it all connects to the same system. Most of our business owners have both inside and outside cameras.
Q: DO YOUR CAMERAS HAVE ZOOM CAPABILITIES ?
A: Yes, all cameras can be digitally zoomed into on the recorded footage. Our Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) cameras can be zoomed in up to 27x optically live with no pixel loss.
Q: ARE AUDIO ZONES AVAILABLE ?
A: Yes, microphones are used as an extremely valuable tool, providing owners with the ability to hear interaction between customers and employees.
