Installation
We install a quality security system with an experienced and qualified staff. We install and conceal all of the wires in the walls and ceiling. If the wires cannot be concealed in the ceiling or walls we will then explain why we can't do it and go over the options with you. We will go over the entire install with you to suggest and confirm camera positions the day of the install. Installations usually take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours per camera. The technician will train you and/or any other person you would like to be trained on how to use the system. This can be done after the Install or can be scheduled and done over the phone and Internet. After the install has been completed we will connect the system to your Internet and configure it so you can watch your cameras from home or any other PC.
New Customers
We service any video security system even if we did not install it. We can come out to your location to make repairs, adjustment of cameras, or even clean up your system so it works better. We charge a trip charge and $85. per hour along with any replacement parts. So give us a call and we will schedule a tech to come out and service your needs.
Existing Customers
If the product we have sold and installed for you has failed within the warranty terms we will come out and repair and/or replace the product absolutely free of charge within 48 hrs. If you need us to come out for any other reason trip and service charges will apply.
